Zion Trip part 1

Jason had a week off work in June so we decided to use some of his hotel points and go on a mini vacation.  We drove down south and stayed at a nice hotel near Zion National Park. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing red rock views.  The temperatures were in the high 80's that week which were unseasonably low for june.  Zion also can get VERY crowded, but it wasn't too bad the week we were down.  We also were able to make a couple quick stops to two other national parks which I'll post about later.

One night we went to this cute Mexican restaurant for dinner.  The food was ok, but the outdoor scenery while eating was gorgeous!

While driving around we discovered an interesting find - a museum/store located inside a cave.  It looked intriguing, so we stopped and payed the high price of admission to see what was inside.  It was not worth the price, but it was a unique and fun stop!
