Maiden Voyage

 Hey...Do you want to go camping this weekend?  OK!  As long as we can find a place to park our camper, we always have an adventure waiting for us!  In late April (many of the trees still did not have leaves on them), we took our trailer out for the first time.  We found a nice camp ground about an hour from our house.  It had a pretty view, a river next to it, and a path that the boys could ride their bikes around.  It wasn't anything fancy or spectacular, but it was nice to get out of town and spend a night in nature. We built a fire that night, and the boys enjoyed poking sticks in it.  The next morning was COLD, and I didn't sleep well.  Luckily, we just had to turn on our heater for a few minutes and once warmed up, the boys were off exploring a nearby dense grove of foliage.   Overall, it was a successful first trip!
