Halloween and my Birthday

 I love having my birthday just a few days before Halloween.  My favorite season, my favorite holiday, AND my birthday all at once... it doesn't get much better than that!! :-) This year we went to This Is The Place Heritage park on my birthday.  I LOVED it.  The boys got to dress up and go trick or treating at all the different pioneer homes.  It was really a lot of fun, and it added so much happiness to my birthday.  At night we went to a Mexican Food restaurant that wasn't very good, but we made up for it be getting cupcakes from The Sweet Tooth Fairy.  It was a great ending to a great day!

Halloween is my favorite time of the year!!!  It makes me so happy - especially Halloween in Utah.  They really know how to celebrate.  I love that our neighborhood is so safe, and because half of our neighbors go to the same church, almost everyone knows my boys.   Trick or Treating is so much better up here than it was in California because of that.  Jason and I have also been having fun decorating or house each year.  We recently bought a smoke machine, and added spooky music to our porch with our usual inflatable decorations.
