Chase is now 10 months

---I think he is becoming a worse sleeper (is that even possible?)  I'm pretty sure it is because I keep saying that I dont even want to think about having another kid until Chase is sleeping through the night.  He obviously wants to remain the youngest child!  :-)
---Chase just started army crawling a few days ago.  Jason lined up a trail of food through the living room and down the hall, and sure enough he managed to reach almost every piece.  He will do anything for food!  He is very slow (think turtle).  However, he knows mommy will just come pick him up, so he usually only crawls for food (especially if Wesley leaves his food sitting with in crawling distance). 
---When he gets mad he balls up his fists and turns bright red, and kind of lets out a little yell/grunt sound.  This usually happens when Wesley's takes a toy away from him, or if I take food away.
---He enjoys getting out of the house.  Even though he can be fussy at home, he usually is pretty good at the store.  He will just sit in the cart and take the new sights and sounds in.  He doesn't always do so well in a stroller though, because he can't see me. 
---He is around 25 pounds (according to my bathroom scale).  That means he is only about 5-6 pounds lighter than Wesley.  So many people think he is much older than he really is.  He is just a big 'little' guy!
---He enjoys blowing raspberries, and making baby noises, but is definitely not the talker that Wesley was.  It might give me a little break....  (just kidding..)
---His favorite foods are whole wheat bread, any baby food, gold fish crackers, baby mum mum, any solid food that he can feed him self, any particulate matter that is on the carpet, grass, and so on...
---favorite toys: remote controls, phones, anything that spins, toy piano, anything he can eat
---He is a little vacuum, and picks up every tiny particle on the floor and puts it in his mouth.  Once something goes in, it is very hard to get it out.  He clenches his gums together very tightly to prevent me from  getting anything out.
---I think he signed "eat" for me this morning.  We will see if he does it again.  I'm convinced he will do many amazing things to get food.  :-)


Wesley will be three in two weeks!  Ahhhh!!  Sooo old!  I'll do a post on him later, but for now...a few silly things he has said in the past few weeks....

- It was a cold morning and I turned on the heater.  After it was on for a while Wesley said, "Mommy, it is hot in here.  You need to turn off the B-B-Q!"

- After Wesley took a bath I commented on his hair... "Mmmm...Wesley,  your hair smells sooo good!"  W:" mommy...your hair smells yucky."

- Coming to me with a crayon missing it's wrapper, "Mommy...this crayon is naked!"

-Wesley found an acorn outside and asked me who it belonged to.  I said, "I guess it is Heavenly Father's."  Wesley then said, "Heavenly Father lost it in the tree, and I found it!"

-I was cooking dinner and Wesley comes up to me and says, "Mommy....you are making dinner! I am so proud of you!"

Ha...remember my last post about Chase starring at Wesley in half their pictures? 

HA!  Look how giant Chase looks compared to Wesley.  It must be the angle...even though he is big, he really isn't THAT big!  It does look like he is crushing Wesley though!
