brotherly love

 As much as I love taking nice quality "professional" pictures with my SLR camera of my little guys, I also enjoy the candid, random pictures I get with my small camera.  The other evening Wesley asked to  hold the baby.  SO, I set Chase next to Wesley (even though Chase is almost as big as Wesley, lol)).  I grabbed my camera, and got some cute pictures.  Wesley is the sweetest brother.  He always wants to hug Chase, and play with him.  I hope they continue to be good friends as they get older.

W: "mommy..please hold Baby" Me: ok, *plops Chase down on Wesley*

W: "mommy...I hug Baby" (its a good thing Chase is big enough to handle all the love!)

W: "I Kiss baby"

 W: "I fist bump baby" and proceeded to lightly punch Chase.  I got a good laugh out of that one!

By now Chase is understandably getting fussy and  annoyed, so I pick him up.  Wesley gets upset, "Noo!  Wesley hold baby!!" Me "ok, but just a little longer" so I put him back down on Wesley's lap.

Wesley LOVES playing on the play gym, and in our play tunnel that he used to play in when he was a baby.  It is so cute to see them play together.  Wesley has never been rough or mean to Chase.  I know I can trust him to not step on him, or hurt him if I am in the other room for a minute.  He does get a little upset if I give Chase a toy to play with, and Wesley wants it too.  However, after telling him that he needs to share and that he can play with it when Chase is done, he patiently waits.  I love having two boys close in age.  

They both fell asleep on our walk around the neighborhood.  I love when they sleep at the same time :-)
