life is getting exciting

28 weeks

So, we finished signing loan documents, and we will hopefully have a house in the next few days, or possibly early next week. I have been trying to pack, but I get so distracted. I will pack a box, and come across an old photo that will cause me to want to look through my scrapbook. I will then start to miss all my old high school buddies, so I will go online to find them on facebook. I will then realize I am hungry and will then go and eat, and two hours later I will realize I need to be packing. Oh well...we will be in our apartment for the entire month, so we will have time to move in slowly. Unfortuntly, we need to paint and put in new carpet which will prevent us from moving in right away. Poor Jason has to do a lot of the painting becuase I cant be around all the fumes. We are already coming across things that have to be repaired...ahhh...the joys of owning a home, and we dont even have it yet, lol. We are really excited though, and I cant wait to be able to decorate and get the baby's room ready.

We are anxious to get to hold our baby, but the reality of having to go into labor is starting to set in. This entire pregnancy has not felt real, and I just keep telling my self I have a lot of time left. Well...I only have a few more months, and there is sooo much that needs to be done. I know everything will work out in the end. Jason is soooo excited to be a dad. He will lay next to my belly, and sing and talk to the baby. I think the baby knows his daddy because when Jason talks, the baby will start to kick Jason's head. :) So cute :) He loves to 'kiss' his baby through my tummy. Jason will make a great dad. :)
