The cute profile:) If you look carefully, you will see one hand coming up, kind of covering the ear, and one hand behind the head.
These face shots always kinda scared me because all you see is the little skull, but guess what...I made that little scull :) It isn't so scary now, eh? :)
BABY!!!!!! Yes, for those that haven't heard...we are having a baby! :) During our big ultrasound appointment the umbilical cord was covering the goods, so we do not know the gender of our baby. Its ok....we got to see our cute little banana, and hear/see the heart beat. It was really neat to be able to see him or her. They did find out that I am about a week ahead of scedule. It is so fun to be able to jump up a week and think I am that much closer to meeting this little person. It is amazing that in just five short months, a single cell divided into essentially a complete human being. It is amazing that the cell specialized into kidney cells, and brain cells, and heart cells, and an entire baby. It is also amazing that one can spend an entire lifetime learning about the science behind reproduction and yet, our bodies naturally know what to do. It is crazy that part of my brain knows how to make a baby, and yet I still have to learn about it. Ya know what I mean??

bummer you couldn't find out the sex. oh well. i guess you'll have to have another ultrasound.
You had me scrolling down to see what it was, and then you tricked me!!! hahaha...Well, I guess you will have to have another ultrasound then :) It sure is amazing though isn't it?!
