This was my first time I have ever been to Sequoia, and it was sooo beautiful!!! We camped in Kings Canyon, and had so much fun!
(Sorry a few of my pics are sideways...I haven't had a chance to format all of my pictures yet....)

waiting an hour to get in to the caves

Hiking up to the top of Moro rock

This was taken on top of Moro Rock. We had to climb like a million stairs to reach the top, but it was a beautiful view!

A pretty waterfall on the hike down to the caves

This was one of my favorite parts....two deer ran in front of us on the road, and we were able to pull over and watch them for a few minutes. SOOOOOO cute!!!!

BIG tree......

We want to go camping in Sequoia next year. The Redwoods are pretty amazing.
That looks like a lot of fun!!!
wow ... looks like you guys had a blast! sequoia is fun!
as for all those vitamins ... i take iron because my doctor told me to, magnesium because you're supposed to take magnesium when you take calcium, fish oil because my doctor told me to (it helps with the baby's brain development -- so i would really recommend that!!), cranberry because i don't really like cranberry juice, and its good to help prevent utis (which are really common when you are preggo, and you don't always notice the symptoms since many are just normal preggo things), the mega-antioxident and chelated minerals is what i take in place of normal "prenatal" vitamins. they were recommended to me from my sister, kinda pricey, but i took them throughout my pregnancy with aidan as well. and i take tylenol because i have a problem with headaches ... haha!
if you want to talk more about anything, just email me: jodijeanbaird@yahoo.com
yeah ... fish oil has the omega-3s, EPA and DHA.
if you're wondering what vitamins you should be taking i would talk to your doctor about it (and bring in what you are currently taking).
if your prenatal vitamin doesn't have iron, i would recommend that (iron is essential especially towards the beginning). and i would add some fish oil.
i don't really need to take that many ... i'm just crazy i guess. because there is calcium and magnesium in the other ones (but not as much as i wanted to take) ...
and like you wouldn't need to take cranberry, unless you started having problems in that area.
