I registered for my classes for the last time!!!!! Next Quarter will be my last quarter at school. It is a bitter sweet feeling. Don't get me wrong....I am soooooo excited to graduate. It has been one of my goals since I was young. I have always enjoyed the challenge of school. I love to learn. (Well.... most things.) I have never really enjoyed History, and I have never been good at spelling. But, I love to learn how the world works. I want to be able to teach my kids the physics behind a rainbow, or why the sky is blue.
Anyway....next quarter I will be taking Soil Morphology, Limnology (study of surface water/lakes), and solid waste management. I am actually really looking forward to taking those classes. I get to go on a lot of trips in my soils class, and stay at a research station for a night. So, hopefully it will be an enjoyable quarter.
I have been going to school all my life, and I cant really imagine stopping. A career??? What is that??? I still don't really know what I want to do once I graduate. Environmental science has soooo many options. If any one has any ideas, pass them along. Of course, after I graduate Jason and I would like to start a family. Never the less, I want to at least start working. If we have a child, then I can quit nine month later. If it takes longer, then at least I have a job. I would like to work with animals, or conservation, but I really am stumped. I am not too worried though...what ever will be will be! :)
