My cute baby Wesley

Wesley is about three months old now, and has such a personality. He seems to stare at Jason and my face more, and seems to be more aware of the world around him. He loves his activity gym, as seen in the first video. He used to just lay there, unaware that there were toys dangling. He now kicks at them, and kind of bats at them. He can just lay there for 20 minutes, looking at everything. My brother was laughing at him, wondering how Wesley can find something so simple, so amusing. I love looking at the world through baby's eyes. Everything is so new. He is so innocent and pure. I think we all would be happier if we all stopped to appreciate the world like a baby does. We should all take a minute to appreciate the small things, like light through an open window, or a bright colored flower in our view. I am so grateful for the amazing progress Wesley has made. He has been home from the NICU for about two months now. These past three months have not been an easy journey, but defiantly a journey worth while!
